Amazing service by Drighden at Loganholme. He went above and beyond to help me with my new trailer, even trouble shooting lights upon delivery. I got an Aussie made 8x5 that is well finished and solid! The 3 foot cage is Chinese, but helps bring the cost right down and is actually pretty good! Would highly recommend this company! And their Caps.....buy one they are very comfy!!!

Recently purchased a trailer from Trailers Down Under. My experience from the initial contact to driving out the gate with my new trailer was exceptional! They personally saw to all upgrades I discussed and nothing was to difficult for the staff. The quality is excellent compared to what other companies on the market are offering and a lot cheaper than any other company I enquired with. Trailers Down Under were amazing! We turned up midday Saturday and the team were clearly busy, we were happy looking around and waiting until someone was free and not expecting them to be able to do a full purchase at that time of day! We are not about keeping the team there longer than needed! but the team greeted us ( each and everyone of them) including the kids we dragged in with us! We were asked what we were after and given the best info for our purchase. The level of respect the team had for their customers was phenomenal! Truely! What I really appreciated was it wasn't just my husbands purchase, I was spoken too, included in the conversation and the decision, not just a man to man conversation about 'boys toys' which is more common than expected. Also, the kids were sat in the car while we were getting the trailer connected and even down to tightening everything and checking, the team took extra care and time to not be too loud with their tools in shaking the car and scaring the kids (not at our request but on their own thought). All once again greeting us (me and the kids) and telling us what they were doing next. It was these little things that made a huge impression and really made purchasing a trailer that much better! Excellent pricing, great product, awesome team work from the staff and overall fabulous customer service! To the team at Trailers Down Under, a huge thank you to you all! we love our purchase and has been perfect for what we need.
